“In the early days of Good Time Rail Road, Richard, Elmo and I sat on the porch at Lynzier and made plans to play and sing. We didn’t come together as musicians but as friends who wanted to make music together. As the band grew to include Todd, Craig, Smig and Steve, it also grew to include many others who supported us with their love and friendship. Its from these many people that my music grew and it is their support that encouraged me to record these songs that until now have been heard only around campfires and kitchen tables.” — Jerry Ostensoe, 1980
Pearl snaps encouraged, but not required.
