Board Positions

We have five positions on the Board of Directors up for election this year. We are looking for Board candidates and are now accepting Board applications. They are due by 6 PM on Sunday, August 24, 2025. The election and voting process will begin on Monday, Sept. 1, and end on Sunday, Oct. 12, at 6 PM. We will offer in-person, mail-in, and email voting options. An email notification will be sent out to notify our membership when Board elections begin.

Directors may serve on the Board for no more than four consecutive two-year terms or eight consecutive years, and thereafter must wait at least two years before standing again for election. Please read through our bylaws to better understand what it means to serve as a Board member of our cooperative.

Volunteer Positions

Bluenose Gopher Public House would not be possible without our member-owners who volunteer their time and energy to work both behind the bar and outside of the bar. There are a variety of ways you can volunteer your time as a member, whether it be serving on our board or on one of our committees, pouring a beer or glass of wine, planning and implementing an event or project, or simply promoting and bringing in people!
