This form is being sent out ahead of the special membership meeting on Saturday, March 8 at 1 PM asking the membership for a recommendation on whether or not the board should reconsider ceasing operations of the public house. At this meeting, membership will take a look at various options for moving forward with the cooperative. Members may also present their own business plans, and ideas.
Only the membership survey is required, the second part is only for those who are presenting ideas at the upcoming meeting.

If you have an idea you would like to present at the meeting on Saturday, please fill out the second question and attach any necessary files or presentations. It is expected if you are presenting a plan or idea you are also committing to helping implement that plan.
